The licensee then indicated that 3 separate spills of contaminated water from the air abatement system (Wet Electro-Static Precipitator, WESP) occurred on 10/01/2020, 21/01/2020 and 07/02/2020. Theses incidents were not reported to the Agency. \nAppropriate measures in accordance with the licence were not taken to respond to the incidents and subsequently prevent the reoccurrence of the initial incident. \nIn addition, the contained contaminated water has not been managed effectively resulting in the fire water retention capacity being compromised.","closedate":"2020-09-03T00:00:00","dateraised":"2020-03-10T00:00:00","licence_regno":"P0001-04"}
